GOOD HEALTH  (Rules for a healthy life)

1. Get between 7 to 8 hours sleep every day.  This is very important.

2. Eat fresh and as raw as possible all fruit (60% - 80%), vegetables (20% - 30% of diet).

3. Exercise at least 3 times a week for say 1 to 2 hours.  Get fresh air.

4. Avoid alcohol, never smoke, never consume illicit drugs and avoid medical doctors for prescription drugs - as far as possible.  Let nature and correct diet and quality of life (sleep, work, play) be the essence of good health.

5. Avoid all vitamin pills and so-called health supplements - they are just not needed.

6. Avoid all so-called “health drinks” and the energy-booster-type drinks - they ought to be banned and outlawed.  They are loaded with carbon, synthetic sugar and often, caffeine.

7. Stress:  A certain amount of stress is healthy.  Too much stress can have negative effects.

8. Maintain good hygiene.  Clean teeth 2 to 3 times per day.  Change clothing every day. Shower 1 or 2 times per day.  Change bed linen twice per week. Vacuum house twice per week, or more often.

9. Engage in social activities, clubs etc.  Social interaction has health and therapeutic benefits - in most cases.  Others can be stressful (evaluate).
